Plugg Radio by Skrekkogle
Designed by Norwegian duo Skrekkogle, “Plugg” is a prototype digital audio broadcasting (DAB) radio which turns on and off with a cork plug. With all electronic devices leaning towards touch sensitive functions, buttons are becoming more and more obsolete; Plugg physically and metaphorically investigates our interaction with electronic devices. It was built using a 3D printer, cut with a laser, features two buttons for the volume and simply aims to go back to the basics. Enjoy!
