Floating Ship Illustrations by Ian McQue
A very nice series of illustrations by Scottish artist Ian McQue who is currently working as a concept artist at Rockstar Games. Influenced by the shipyards he grew up alongside in the North East of England and inspired by the likes of Ron Cobb, Chris Foss or Jean Giraud, he creates large ships floating mid-air using Photoshop and 3D Studio Max. A dark but somewhat realistic future with surreal flying metal mammoths. Enjoy!
