Skate Bench No. 1

Today we are bringing you a very cool project from Kickstarter that we believe is worth taking a look at. The Skate Bench No.1 is a product designed by Jonathon Kemnitzer from Kansas City-based studio KEM, and is currently looking for backers. It can accomodate any standard 7.5″ board with a 14″ wheel base on both sides, at your convenience. If the project reaches the $15,000 pledged, it will me made in the USA and the legs will sell for $150-230 in retail. Support it now and get it for $100 only, the deadline is October 17th.     Actually the SKATE BENCH No.1 frame accommodates any skateboard deck with a standard 14″ wheel base – both deck side or graphic side up. That is the beauty of the design of the frame… you do not need a special deck. You could use one of our boards or one of yours.
