Architecture practice TG Studio recently transformed this stunning penthouse apartment in the St Pancras Chambers in London. It features three bedrooms spread over three levels, one with an open plan overlooking the whole dwelling, and two levels for entertaining. Enjoy!

YouTube Production Studio in Tokyo

Inspired by YouTube’s icon, Klein Dytham Architecture designed the video-sharing website’s new production studio in Tokyo. The walls are covered in red lacquered ceramic tiles that fade in pink and white from the reception to the lounge area. Used by YouTube partners across Asia-Pacific, it includes studios, production suites, training areas and lounges, and serves as a collaborative production facility to bring the producers’ videos to a professional level. Kempart Loft by Dethier Architectures

The Kempart Loft is a superb apartment located in Liege, Belgium, designed by architecture practice Dethier Architectures for a client fascinated by precision engineering. With a open space surface of 154 sqm (1,660 sqft), it features a distinctive pod inspired by an airstream trailer, which divides the interior spaces, provides various functions and houses two bathrooms, a toilet, a storage area as well as the heating and ventilation systems. The result is stunning. We like!

Foursquare Headquarters in New York

Social network Foursquare recently moved into its new offices designed by Audra Canfield of De signer Fluff in SoHo, New York City. Spread over two floors of 28,000 feet each, it features various lounges, recreational rooms, a cafeteria, few conference rooms each having their own theme, as well as a bike parking! We especially like the implied references to the digital badges that users earn from “checking-in” at different places with their service. If you like this, you’ll love Google’s offices in Tel Aviv. The Most Expensive Apartment in the World

This luxurious penthouse is still under construction but will be available on the market in 2014 for a ridiculous price of 300 millions euros (385 million dollars), making it the most expensive apartment in the world. Located on the top of the Odeon Tower in Monaco, it will have an incredible total surface of 3,300 sqm (35,500 sqft) spread over multiple storeys and feature a private water slide as well as an infinity pool. Green Box by Act Romegialli

Located on the slopes of the Raethian Alps, the “Green Box” is an original renovation project of a disused garage by Italian studio Act Romegialli. With a structure made of lightweight galvanized metal and steel wires wraps, it acts as a three-dimensional support for the vegetation to climb on, while inside the materials were left rough and simple. Human.Kind Offices by PPS Architects

Lights on the very nice offices designed by PPS Architects for Johannesburg-based advertising agency Human.Kind. “The brief was to create fun spaces which maintained a degree of corporate professionalism, whilst introducing a uniquely South African flavour”. Originally an old Johannesburg house, the building was opened up to get more light and a dialogue between the rooms was created through the use of Astroturf which flows throughout the spaces. Drawing inspiration from the colonial roots of the building, they paid homage to the diversity of The Rainbow Nation, and made a playful use of colour and texture to create a dynamic relationship between old and new. The result is fun, funky, yet coherent. Enjoy!

Big and Small House by Anonymous Architects

Designed by Anonymous Architects, the “Big and Small” house is located on a steep hillside overlooking the city of Los Angeles. With a lot that is half the size of the typical minimum lot size, the objective was to maximize the interior volumes of this house which does not actually touches the ground but cantilevers over the slope. “And so there are no full height dividing walls inside the house making the interior room the same size as the builing footprint”. We especially like the large skylights which combined with the high glazed apertures let light run throughout the building. Enjoy!

Sauna Box in Shipping Container by Castor Design

Canadian studio Castor Design created this cool traditional wood-burning sauna out of a shipping container. “The Sauna Box is completely self-contained with solar power and a wood fired stove. The box comes standard with iPod stereo, guitar hook-up, castor pool, magnetic truck light, wool toque and bronze antlers. The Sauna Box can be customized to suite any site”. Enjoy!

New Google Office in Tel Aviv

Google recently moved into its new offices inside the Electra Tower in Tel Aviv, Israel, stepping things up quite close to what we could call the perfect office. Occupying a massive eight floors with each having its own theme and linked by tunnel slides, it features pretty much every design aesthetics you could think of: futuristic, rustic, beach, deckhouse, loft, playground, etc. It was designed by Camenzind Evolution in collaboration with Setter Architects and Studio Yaron Tal.
