Portrait of Julián Canovas-Yanez
A very interesting series of photographs by Spanish photographer Alejandro Maestre made in collaboration with multidisciplinary artist Julián Cánovas-Yañez. “He suggested some time ago the idea of doing a portrait of him that could describe his capacity of creating and his constant search to understand his body and spirit. All these made me think about his work and helped me to develop the idea of this work” says Alejandro. With this series, they tried to show an artist struggling to get to know, shape, and better himself. Enjoy!
