Designed by japanese architect Arata Isozaki in collaboration with British sculptor Anish Kapoor, “Ark Nova” is the world’s first inflatable concert hall. It recently started touring in Matsushima, Japan, to then continue around areas that were devastated by the 2011 earthquake and tsunami to bring hope to the people rebuilding their lives. It will host world-class concerts, performances as well as workshops, holding approximately 500 people on handcrafted benches. We especially like its stunning purple luminescent walls. Enjoy!
